A Digital Fast is a perfect complement to a traditional fast. For starters, your church will be locked in to an intentional period and reducing digital consumption will only aid spiritual devotion. Additionally, a Digital Fast can be a great alternative for members who struggle with a traditional food fast based on either dietary and/or other health-related concerns.

We recommend communicating first with your staff and then bringing the idea to your church each week during the 4 weeks leading up to launch so that your church can prepare. We’ve put together a resource here that helps you share with your church!
